What stays on your device
Every calculator runs in your browser. To save you retyping, your inputs (bed and wake times, quiz answers, diary entries) are stored in this browser's localStorage under keys starting with sdf:. They never leave your device unless you use the AI feature below. Clearing your browser data, or the button here, removes them.
AI features
When you press "Ask the coach" or "Analyze my week", your question and a short summary of the relevant numbers are sent to our server and passed to an AI model via Vercel AI Gateway to generate the answer. We don't store these requests or link them to you. Don't include your name or other identifying details in questions.
Analytics
We use Ahrefs Web Analytics to count page views. It is cookieless and doesn't collect personal data or build profiles across sites.
